TLB Clock plugin beta 1.7

This plugin allow you to replace tray clock. Currently TLB Clock supports different time zones can be skinned and have some useful options. The digits can be skinned. Also you can select time zone from witch to show time/date.
Clock values:
- Analog - analog clock also can be added text with name of clock and date
- Digital - digital clock also can be added text with name of clock and date
- Background Digital - digital clock on background picture
- Background Analog - analog clock on background picture
